If you're a Millennial who enjoyed Close Combat: A Bridge Too Far, I think you'll enjoy this game too.

It's crazy that since 1997, we've still been waiting for a historical campaign in that style, along with some features that were already present in that old 2D game (Microsoft as the publi$her, though).

However, the developers at Barbed Wire and Graviteam Tactics are among the few trying to bring something similar to life, so it's definitely worth supporting their efforts.

Nice, I got into war games from Close Combat The Russian Front and Panzer General, the only game I enjoyed recently in this genre was Company of Heroes but 3rd version is not very good.
