Playing this at a time where the mod Portal: Revolution exists, I agree, this mod does not stand up to it. It inserts itself loosely into the story of portal 2, which seems incongruent with the use of many test elements. The mod seems like it started out with a large number of test elements, and then tried to find a reason to use them.

There is voice acting, and it is fine, but the use of garbled voice lines from Portal 2 isn't great.

Overall, it is a free mod, and seeing as that is the case, this was enjoyable. Always love to see potential new test elements.

It's got a lot of the charm of Portal 2, fully voice-acted new characters, and interesting levels. A few rough edges are all the negative I can say about it.

The mod also uses content that was once cut, and the use of these elements ads to the history of Portal 2 itself.

A great version of Risk of Rain, finally addressing the multiplayer problems and adding a few modes that make singleplayer more interesting as well. It also adds a control scheme that makes sense to everyone, and items and characters, great improvement.

Risk of Rain is an amazing game, stacking of items and kills feel very rewarding, and it has a very high replay value. Getting good combinations of items will make you feel overpowered for a while until the game teaches you who is really the boss of the planet. (Save for some exploits that make you truly invincible, but those still take time to reach.)

Definite reccommend.

Fun little game with wonky physics, playable with friends only, really.

Hours and hours of fun, including a few mods like chaoticTeams and an amazing randomiser

Absolutely amazing, have fun as all your favorite animal friends as the voice on the phone tells you where to go

Good lego game, if you know lego games, and very fun local multiplayer

Very good game, enjoyed it as much as my first time playing GTA San Andreas, which is high praise.

Melee and glory kills get you pretty damn far, which are the best ways to make blood splatters happen.
