Early Access Review
Since it's on sale:
Worth a try if you like games like Stormworks or Space Engineers, and tech demos, plus open PvP because there's no law enforcement systems. Dev mentioned they are coming back from halt (from one or two years?) recently, but the player counts is a bit hard to tank it seems, not like there was much players anyway.

The space is empty, but things sorts by physically conditions, you can design ships, build a starbase, you can write in-game controllers with dimmed program language Yolol(*) to custom, or automate your ship controls(and mining turrets, weapons, scanners), play with blueprints. Quite cozy when it lasts, but since it's PvP there's no cozy for solo player like me. Otherwise it will be fun when you gets a group.
(*Yolol runs by line to line, each line takes 0.2 seconds, you can exchange or cache data on the memory so you can do some funny stuffs, like make charts or predict traces, calculate fuels, make ships to have many modes like your car, things like that.)

One of the funny stuff is you can rebuild or rewire ships in space with the hand tools, rebuilding a ships to make it back to home really is the peak experiences. lol

Just to be noted last time I played on my old PC it was quite laggy.

And here's my favorite bike, I mean, the only design I actual did since it's too time consuming:

The genre, you only gets that much of the options on the space games isn't it.

Game have PvP, coop mode(vs NPC team/dungeon-like missions with small squad/alien boss fight), and the Open world mode which you travels with the stargates on the map(only some maps are PvP-forced), the coop PvP/PvE is what it is, the PvE missions have attack/defense level system so you can't exactly skips the difficulty, but you might constantly met people with insane level and builds, literally del everything on the field, don't put faith on it though, some people asking for higher difficulty are just aim for the rewards, doesn't mean they are that strong(lol). Open world mode is the mode you collect materials for fight the wild NPCs, there is karma and faction relationships, but I never remember what the latter for, if it's low enough they will attack you, killing their enemies can fix the relation, but take times, there are also field bosses, you can farm higher classes 'chips'(talked later on), but guess it's a bit hard to do that solo ._. (forgot to mention the clan wars, it's the thing it sounds like, but you need friends to do it) (coop is quite cozy btw)

You have fighters, frigates and the destroyers, fighters are hard to play if you gets high ping(due to server-side processing?), they are all strong if you use and built them correctly, personal favorite the frigate/destroyers due to the forgiveness to the errors though(skill issues). Ship is faction-based, but it just catalogs, factions have it's own stats advantages, you can play what you want. Some ships are obtain via assembles, like the destroyers, you can choose what equipment slots so you can make it attack/shield/hull focused. One special faction is alien faction, their ship have unlock-able tree which you can put resources and points to specialize it, it really takes lots of the resources, it's a bit like end-game sinkable content I think.

The chips(ship modifier), people say it breaks the balance, but I think the ability to extremely specialize the certain stats is the thing most MMO lacks, it still breaks balance and unfun when the enemies are more 'blanace' than you, but fun is fun, although it takes forever to find the best chips for each ships, you also need tons of the in-game credits to buy the chip slots(again sinkable content?), although this might be one of the most MMO part of the game actually, got used to it already, plus I really likes the specialize concepts. (Which mean full built ships are super strong, but game is somewhat balanced it by rank-based chip stats and slots)

The cheat, I gets del in PvP so fast so I no longer have ideas, I mostly play PvE anyway

The daily, you get daily quests, so if you are people that likes to do a little things everyday to accumulation stuffs then it's okay. One of the good thing is it's not fully tied with PvP mode, and it's the type that you can done very quickly just like most of the modern mobile games(it's not mobile game though, but I think such design is always good)

The market, it's one of the few games that you can farm stuffs and earn the paid-currency, you will never lack of the currency if you put the time to farm the things people want, and you can buy non-pack ships with the currency, it's a bit inflation, but still in the earn-able range imo. It's the type you can put sell orders and wait for someone to get the stuff, so expect price floats for a bit, the order expires, so some equipments are not that rares, just no one puts the items on, ask it in the trade channel then.

The paid-currency, just like what already mentioned, it's quite forgiving compares to other games, but the price tag suggests they want you to pay, you can solve much stuffs with it just like many other MMOs.

The updates, updates came with some rebalance and a new ship that's in the season-pass recently, hard to say much more contents to come honestly, but it's a 2012 game, and I don't think it have same amount of players like War Thunder(same publisher).

The events/sales, game run with some fit events sometimes, and sales sometimes, events give in-game titles and some okayish rewards.

The packs, it's what it looks on this store page, they will replace the older packs sometime and put it back in bundle sometimes, you can also check their online stores, some place gets better offers in their online stores, not every places though.

The community, typical online community, that's all, since I play solo there's not much of thought on it, but one of the thing is you can't disable the private message like the War Thunder, and everyone already knows what will happens when someone being mad at you in PvP and the Coop missions lol (and the subreddit is somewhat still semi-active last time I checked, which is better than inactive I guess).

The guides, many things have guides on the Youtube/official forum/official wiki/Reddit, but for the further you will need to search it in Russian keywords(find words in the official wiki), they seems quite into the game actually, some official wikis are more details in it as well.

The customer service, it's Gaijin, so they will somewhat do what you asked for, but I never put faith on modern customer service so I won't comment more on it.

The game I sometime recalls and play for a while, so I think it's okay to say I like it.

The mystery, one of the biggest mystery is when I don't reboot my PC for a day, I will not able to login on the next day with my Steam auth(open-id login) for somehow, I only had the issue on 2 games so far on the Steam, I feel the issue is on the Steam auth, but this and the other is not the only game I play that's uses such account system, tried many things and remains mystery. :< (it happens in periods, was still okay like half year ago) (since I can't play I just made the review, ugh)

(I think this is all unless I messed on something)

Q: Why can't I jump and move forward?
A: I think it's game will be mind blown when you press two keyboard keys simultaneously, try to make sure you are in the air already and move forward, you can do it because you are the king lol

Troubleshoots(Grayed out menu buttons/Unable to control, for Windows):
1.Exit the game 2.Go to '(System Disk):\Users\(User Name)\AppData\LocalLow\Toto World Games\Toto's Toy Box' 3.Delete 'Player.log' or 'Player-prev.log' inside the folder 4.Try to start the game(if you want) Repeat from 1 if it's not work(only toy gods knowing what the reason is I guess)

-------------------
Fine, here's the review:

In this game you will take control of the Toto, the figure toy that's made according Toto's anime story(it's fiction btw, only existed in the game world, I mean, it's only on character background), but being a toy doesn't mean she can't think like a king just like her own story, which made her trying to save the toys from the Boros, the bad guy that trying to break other toys because of it's jealous.

Game is neat, kinda pretty, chill(I mean intensive if you can't avoid the conflicts on the tiny map), cute(which is the most important part) and super short like only costs you like 0-12 minutes, it's made by game academy student to participate the TGS2019, the game is actually dual language(Japanese/English) on the interface btw, not sure why the devs made the title Japanese and didn't pick the English interface when they set it up

The control is clearly designed for controller, without function to rebind the keys, but you basically only using A and the arrow keys, so it's fine I guess

-------------------
Game also have '追加コンテンツ(additional contents)' inside it's official site(Check the store page for the link), which you can found three additional games to download currently(20200217):

1.トトのぷよたまキャッチ (Toto's Puyotama Catch / Toto's Bouncy Eggs Catch)
You will try avoid the attack of the Boros and try to catch the most bouncy eggs before the time ran out. The site suggested it's a VR minigame, I mean, it really will callout your SteamVR, but I think you can totally alt+tab to the game itself and play it with your mouse if you try to bind the correct key to your mouse I guess(I mean, you can do it if you are using gaming mouse and your mouse is having side keys, maybe)

ps: Puyo is like silmy bouncy thing, google Puyo Puyo I guess

2.トトのかずあてゲーム(Toto's Number Hitting)
You and the NPC(AI) will draw 6 cards(=12) from 28 cards(7 bears, 6 bones, 5 bouncy eggs, 4 bananas, 3 robots, 2 soccer balls, 1 key), and game will expose 8 of the remain cards, and you will need to use the exposed card to guess what the NPC(AI) have. The site mentioned it's a android game, but the zip will come with the apk and the PC version, in PC you can control it with mouse

ps: I think it's some card game? I'm bad at poker though

3.あつめて!トトさま(Gather Up! Toto the Highness / Gather! Toto-Sama)
It's simple, you still take control of the Toto, and try to gather the toys in a maze, avoid touch the Boros. The control somehow became WASD / Arrows(camera) type in this one

ps: Title looks like referenced to Kirby(game)

There are also VR Toto, Toto's dungeon game, and Vtuber Mimi on the Youtube(the red hat girl toy when you start the game)

And the biggest plot twist was, they didn't mention if Toto's a girl or a boy anywhere

I played the VN very loooong times ago, it's most beautiful game ever, also my very, very all-time favorited story, my perspective was deep impacted by it since then, the story is short, but you will feel it, here's a sample:

I feel this game kinda fit my lazy playing style.. simple... automatic.. relax... and eventful..
(Plus without the GameGuard thing, at least it won't cause me to the BSOD(Bluescreen of the Death) like others..)

ps. It also very eventful,
