对于25周年版的主菜单没有中文,或半中半英的问题

25周年版错误地将gameui_schinese.txt保存为'UTF-8'使得简体中文玩家误认为没有简体中文本地化,
解决方法
1.手动把UTF-8重新保存为UTF-16LE
2.去PCGamingWiki或者B站下载修复补丁
