You kill the wrong player you get permabanned with no chance of appeal. Don't waste your time or money on a PVPVE game where you could get banned for playing a PVPVE game.

7 months and $12 for a ♥♥♥♥ heist and mid guns. Don't bother wasting your time or money with this game. Skills are still ♥♥♥♥, AI is still god awful, games still dead.

We broke your mods and sell you a way to "fix" them!

While its a good game the PSN fiasco and lackluster warbonds and new mission types need work IMO. We need more missions like the one where you held the line and launched ICBMs, not ones where you run around and shoot eggs and press 3 buttons. I worry they are going to need a few months to get something good going again.

This forced PSN account is the first step into making players on steam buy PS Plus to play any game sony has ownership in. Sadly for you sony looks like the PC playerbase isnt rolling over like sonys PS4/5 users. The game itself has only had growing issues to boot since launch and despite the swift bump to server caps other technical issues still persist. Bug fixes have been slow and the latest mission type was already a copy paste and the warbonds were lukewarm. Its been fun, im off to return to civilian life. o7

I miss the ~2007 era so much. So very much.

Final update to this essay/review. Payday3 was, is and always will be a UE4 (or UE5 soonTM) asset flip with no soul, just a coat of paydayTM paint they stole from PD2. Do not buy this game, do not support starbreeze and dont buy their D&D coop game, just play BG3 again or something.

Now that the servers are "fixed" (Most people just stopped playing, leading to less load) the games faults are larger than before.

45 days for a bug fix patch full of things that they knew about day 1. Just a sad game with a pathetic dev team.

The lack of guns and heists are a result of the greed that lead to the death of overkill to begin with, on full display yet again, as they chop it up to sell to you as DLC. During development they must have ran out of time, as they cops were made by a "studio" that only ever worked on mobile games: bluepapillion, and the results are the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ we have in game. So many QoL features are gone, and I for one dont care how much work would need to be done to add them, seeing as they had over 10 years to prepare a Payday 2 sequel. No Crime.Net, no VR, No way to rename loadouts, No way to change said loadouts once you get into a lobby, you can only buy ammo, medic, armor ect bags in the main menu, ect. So this is payday 0.5 as of now, give it 2-3 years and then look at it on a deep sale. If the game does not last that long it was dead on launch day.

Now, for Starbreeze Nebula. Support is less than useless and still to this day you can get a login error when id imagine less than 1/10 of the people who played at launch are trying to get into the system. Once again, dont buy the game, if you must play it use gamepass.

Everything that AAA studios and devs should have put into a game, for $15 and it runs on any system. Frequent updates with new maps and guns, by a dev team of 3 over 7 years. Cant recommend enough.

Just wanted to come back to this after a few years of not playing the game to say that since OVK has taken the EPIC money and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the game for everyone who isnt a epic shill. 237 is what payday 3 will likely turn out to be.

A early GOTY, and a game that gives you a fun time, at $30, when AAA wants to rob you of at least $70 per unfinished game. Great fun and a killer soundtrack.
