TL;DR 9/10 GAME FUN SOME BUGS BUT IT JUST RELEASED IM SURE THEY WILL FIX THINGS (　＾▽＾)

《Neat stuff in the game In my opinion》

• there's an option in settings that allows for custom keybind based on weapon so if you don't like morphing your Switch Axe with R you can swap it for a mouse button and all other weapons will not be affected by that change

• Wound mechanics make combat feel very rewarding and the stun game goes crazy

• If you liked rise's palamutes you'll love the birds, only down side is the bird sprint feels nowhere near as fast as the dogs but that's okay.

• Palacos speak words now (option to make them speak cat though)

• If you are arachnophobic (I am too dw babe) there's a setting when first booting up the game to turn arachnophobia mode on (this only covers small spiders and incests. There are two arachnid big monsters in this one afaik the first resembling a 4 legged wasp the other is a full on arachnid <- this triggered me so be weary and try to stay calm friend I know it's hard ❤️

•being able to carry two weapons to almost swap on the fly is amazing and shouldn't be underlooked as if you mained one weapon soley this give you a chance to either use a different weapon or use something more effective for breaks


Okay let's finish with the elephant. PERFORMANCE, I am going to list my rig at the very bottom of this post so you can determine if I am just silly ❤️

• Graphics are good, some areas aren't the best they could be but alot of them seem to give the area the justice it deserves

• frame rate could be a little more generous as im locked at 34 - 48 fps (which is know there's worse as a friend of mine suffers occasionally at 20 fps)

• Graphical bugs? Okay so if you don't know what this looks like Google it real quick "Monster hunter wilds beta Polygon models" that's still a thing occasionally it's usually when a model is rendering directly after a load screen. However that is very much okay and playable compared to the constant model stretch or texture stretching caused by what I could assume is a rendering error and this will happen making the screen flicker in the shape of the texture distortion or cover the entire screen in flickering moving distortions of the textures color (say it was a leaf the screen looks like a big green crumbled up paper flickering around on your screen.) Which makes it basically unplayable unless you manage to leave that area of the map or restart the game.

Game is overwhelmingly fun, basically Armored core 6 but multiplayer focus

Played the last beta in August and have been missing this game so much I'm glad its back, and its made improvements here and there. This "Demo" added in from the last beta the pvp modes and maps and includes a new pvevp mode that has you doing an extraction shooter mode basically for loot that you can gather upgrades and cosmetics for your experience after the match.

side note
~take the time to find the mech for you, and if you are upset that when you get into a match and that mech is taken, next queue just readjust who you're willing to play as.

I really enjoyed it just not as much as the first 2 games and I wish the endings were more diverse, again like the first 2 games but overall decent end to the trilogy my only gripe is 2 of the endings are forced feet fetish stuff, not against anyone with the kink power to ya just not my cup of tea, really made me cringe in both runs

TL;DR Performance patch needs to be made {unless my pc just hates the game} but the game is very fun overall

I only don't recommend as I have above the minimum specs and recommended specs yet barely hitting 45 fps cap at 1080 res the lowest fps I hit is around 16 and the highest outside of combat is 50 but, most of the time its capped at 45 and when I'm in combat easily 60 fps which is good but I also would like to have 30 fps when im not in combat atleast since random fps skips or drops isn't a fun way to play imo but its playable.

TL;DR The game is literally Outriders and Warframe except more Pay 2 Skip the grind with the rendering shaders like Call of Duty

(Also yes I realize im being an ass on release and the fact that its F2P means they have to make money somehow but again thats what battle passes, cosmetics, and top-up currency is for)

Edit: I realize I didn't mention the fact that the gamechat doesn't have a filter or atleast for people using special characters to use slurs, thought I'd make sure to mention it now.

1. had lots of load times of pre-shadering and when you think its done and you wont have to do it again, nah thats happening often

2. played outriders? its gonna feel like that but the skills actually do damage.

3. people complaining the game is too easy, that's true for certain missions and dependent on your gear, if you have the appropriate gear the game will be easy for a majority of the time, its only hard in instances where you need to be stationary for an objective like, 'defend this' or 'capture the point to keep hacking' where enemies may get you low when there's a major horde of tanky enemies but other than that the enemies might just destroy your objective which is the only thing you may lose too LOL.
(also another thing the missions you do have limit respawns before failing, the game tells you with a counter, and honestly is way too generous with it as the easiest mission had 8 respawns available)

4. Pay to win is pretty present in the game from the moment you get to the hub area, as you immediately decide 'hey what are my other options for descendants?' you check it out and realize 'oh I can buy them?' just to see you can yes with either in game currency and materials, which you need to craft after grinding them out to drop from certain objectives as well as wait real time hours to craft them, granted the first descendant they give you only take a minute as most mobile games with time waiting mechanics do (with the skip feature of paying real world currency to skip the timer) and warframe, speaking of warframe just like that game you can pay for real world currency which allows you to just straight up buy the descendant hell you could buy their counter part, the ultimate version of certain units, which I have no clue what is the difference but I can only assume its the same as having a prime warframe.

Edit: it got fixed in 24 hours but it shouldn't take that long after purchase to register, and there are people who literally still haven't gotten it.

Im going to be honest, yes the price is weird cuz i paid for the $100 of Persona 3 Reload but, my gripe is that 'I Believe' is only a dungeon bgm like I wanna hear that in battle too (P5R did the same thing and gave like no time for the song to shine)
