The game is full of persistent bugs that really reduce the experience, not to mention the stability of the server,
Very bad game graphics badly reminiscent of a game of 2000 with handling carpets and wants money to move forward is completely indifferent.

Have been playing the game for the last 4 years and I have not seen the bugs you talked about, AND if you have to give Star Trek Online a review you have to play more than 73 hours because it takes time to rise in rank.
