I only have 2 issues with this game, one is the game randomly crashing either with a gpu error or just quitting to desktop and the other issue is with the Dialog from the captains as it can get very annoying annoying as you fight, especially when you have 5+ in a row (and especially when you get 10 captains fighting you at once) as it breaks up the flow of combat in a bad way.

However even with starting the review with the negatives, i do recommend the game quite highly. Steam only shows a partial amount of what i've played due to doing A LOT offline, even to an experienced player, combat can be challenging when things pile up and more so on the toughest difficulties.

For any brand new players still getting into this game, normal orcs and such are fairly useless as they don't give any xp, and are mostly there to help slow you down but they are good to practice on and refill your Might as needed, but the main combat is with the Captains and Sieges.

Highly recommend this game, would love to see more games done with the medieval/dark ages setting

I am loving this game, even with parts of the game having bugs, and from what i have seen in 93 hours of playing no actual playable ending just yet, i highly recomend this game. it gives a good variation to similar games like stardew valley. it can be a little confising to get into the game, but once you get into it you are hooked

i thought i would add this here for those who complain about the town and keep being unaccessable as ive been reading increasing reviews about that "issue" you do gain access to the keep for a quest same as you do for the town, but there is no need to explore them outside of those as you have everything available anyway, making a fully done town may be useless unless they add an "expansion" to the game that follows on from the ending they have created.

for those who get stuck, i highly recommend doing ALL quests even if you think they are uselesss, they are all connected to the story somehow

Except for the occassionaly bug which is to be expected during early access. Terratech has become one of my most played games quickly. i dont expect a lot in games much, yet Terratexh has done amazingly in its growth and the ideas it puts forward
