Played this game for a couple hundred hours when I had a physical copy and some dozens on Hellgate: Tokyo when it was still running. This game was, in my opinion, never truly completed. You can feel the areas in which it lacks polish, and see what this could have been. Also worthy of note: playing as Marksman and Engineer is not as fun as it could be because of the way the weapons work: the precision is bizarrely tuned and the recoil implementation is either the gun not giving any response other than reticle increase (as with most of them) or an earthquake level of random directional recoil (with "snipers"). Try to avoid having any two of these classes as your first character, so you can have a better vision of what this game was trying to be.
BTW, this game can get a bit repetitive at times, so also take that into account before you decide whether to buy this or not.
