Its a neat game, but found out they removed the level editor and was eager to try some of the community levels after doing all the campaign mode puzzles along with making my own levels.

This game is pretty short and sweet, offering very nice feeling controls that feels fun to play and takes time to properly master. I wouldn't say this is a "metroidvania" but the movements feel reminiscent of it. It is, however, more story focused than action. The visuals of the game are very stunning and matches well with the story told within the game. A bit of information about the story and worldbuilding is sprinkled within but requires the player to be inquisitive enough to dig deep (and even uncover the alternate ending involving the gemstone from the cult-45 hideout )

My only complaint is that the game is fairly short and I feel like the alternate ammos types would have been more fun to explore and not be bogged down the limitations of ammo. I found the holy ammo mechanic after the time skip to be interesting but wasn't sprinkled in during the course of following the main story to feel more fleshed out

Would recommend giving it a look at!

I was recommended this game by a friend and I'm glad I followed up with playing this.

Very charming game that hits all the right notes of old RPGs (both in story and graphics) with a good story and worldbuilding to hook you in. I would highly recommend anyone who enjoys RPGs to pick this up.

Definitely one roguelike deckbuilder that stood out to me when I first saw it. Adding a nice twist to the gameplay with having to also be mindful of positioning of your ship (and drones) all while having the standard deckbuilder gameplay involving controlling more than one character and each with their own card pools to pick from. The dialogue gave me a good chuckle from time to time and the game rewards completed runs with a bit of character lore for each of the pilots, which had me coming back to this game more and more.

My main complaint is that the pool of encounters is limited and the bosses at the end of each section is the same, which can feel repetitive and stale at times.

Update: With the v1.1 update, we are starting to see more stuff added to the pool of battle encounters (including boss fights for the first and second zone!)

I would definitely recommend this if you are a big fan of roguelike deckbuilders like me, and/or enjoy funny creatures in space.

This is a game that wears it's inspiration on it's sleeve from the gameplay to the music, designs, dialogue, and story. The minigame-like combat is very engaging, though could use a bit of polish in some departments (usually the bullethell sections can be a bit unforgiving at times.) It is a short game if you are just aiming to complete the main story, and the ending leaves you on a cliffhanger regarding the Comet Coda story There are no random encounters, which makes exploration much more easier but a bit harder to grind if aiming for certain achievements.

If you enjoy megaman battle network with a dash of bullethell and minigames to execute attacks, I would highly recommend picking this up!

Note: I received this game as a raffle prize.

This is a very good puzzle platformer that takes a simple concept and pulls all the stops of what you can do with it. This is a game that feels very satisfying to 100%!
