The power armor does not fit the art style and hell it looks exactly like a set of Destiny 2 armor

They got rid of Mio, They are making the armor system good, They are bringing back Houston, the 1 year Anniversary of Payday 3 is here and things are looking up and up. I almost can't believe it

I am re-writing my view after getting more hours and a big new update came out! But it's still staying as a "Yes" but with some caveats. Hopefully the devs can start pushing out faster updates, but most of the underlying issues have been fixed/remedied, the AI isn't cheating as hard, there is a ton of more loot to chase. Now on the other hand; performance got worse, and the AI is still tanky in someways, and their movement is rather jittery so sometimes they will randomly become Neo as you shoot at them. All in all, the game is getting better.
