Absolutely outstanding! I would love for them to keep adding new modes like this frequently, since it always has me coming back.
I would definitely recommend this game to anyone who loves 'rage' games like Geometry Dash or Getting over it

This game is a "Hunger Games" type of game, except for anyone who plays it casually,

Hold on... Who even does play this game casually?

It took me a second to even realize that ARK: SOTF wasn't free anymore.

Nice job, Wildcard.

Before I say anything, this game is to be played daily. If you are on a server, you need to take care of everything which usually takes up hours of your time before you even get to what you want to do for the day.

Say you have a friend group, and you build home together. Once you tame an animal to claim it (which takes an hour at least for anything decent), you have to feed it. Feeding it meat means you have to kill things, but killing things isn't easy. You need weapons to do that, and metal might be your best bet. But it takes a long time to get the metal, so you need to-

You probably get the idea now. This game is not meant to be taken lightly. If you aren't playing ARK for every moment of the day, you are probably thinking about if your base (house thing) has been wrecked by dinos (and even raided by people on PVP servers) and are getting stressed over it. You'll probably get gray hairs before you even step close to taming a Titanosaur.

It becomes this endless loop of gathering resources. Say you want a Quetzalcoatl.

Step one - Brainstorming
What level do you want it to be? Should it be male, or female?

Step two - Gathering resources
This is the biggest step. You first need some "Narcotics" which help it stay unconcious. Then, you need your taming darts, to actually get it unconcious. If you want to even knock it out quickly, that's a no go. If you want a decent way of knocking it out, you'll need a crossbow. To get one, you need some metal and hide. But, metal and hide is hard to gather. If you want to gather them efficiently, you'll need a dinosaur to help. But, if you want to tame that one at a high level so their gathering rates are higher, you need kibble. But, to get kibble you need dinosaur eggs of their choosing. To get dinosaur eggs, you need other dinosaurs to breed. But, to get other dinosaurs, you have to tame them as well. But, you also need advanced crops, which take around 7 hours to start producing them. But, you a compost bin to start making fertilizer. But, making compost takes 2 in game days, which last around 2 hours. But, you also need an irrigation system to water it. But, you need to get feces from an animal, which you also have to tame.

Step Three - Don't even bother
If you want to tame a quetzal, nice try. because you aren't getting it any time soon.

Anything that you want to achieve, just turns into an absolute sticky spiderweb of steps.

If you have time on your hands, this game is for you.

If you like dinosaurs...

Why are you even here?
