The last two fights, but the final fight especially on "hard" difficulty is far too unbalanced and just drags on forever.

The major problem being that the enemy boss teleports on set locations which are chosen somewhat random (mostly near you) which can really screw you over.

The second big problem is that he can cast very large red beams that do a lot of damage with very narrow beams, or deploys bombs around the arena that do a lot of damage, which wouldn't be that big of a problem if you could run or at the very least not crawl. That's right your character has no idea what running or even walking means, he can only move at a snail's pace.

Thirdly the boss also spawns far too many enemies (especially towards the end of the fight), while also expecting you to fight and dodge the bosses attacks (which mostly do a lot of damage).

Fourthly the battle drags on for so long because most enemies, and the boss especially, are bullet sponges and it takes forever to kill anything.

In the end it becomes more a matter of dumb luck that the game doesn't screw you over with it's randomness than it has anything to do with skill.

Overall the game is extremely basic and the only thing you do is fight from one room to the next. The path is as linear as it can get and rooms are largely empty with the minimal amount of items. The combat, weapons and enemies are very basic. There is absolutely nothing to explore outside the main objective. It's also a very short game, there are three fairly short chapters to complete, if you don't play on hard (so don't let my time fool you) where you have to replay the same fight over and over again (mostly the last part). I love the show, and I was actually having fun for the most part with the game, until the last two fights which are just a grind (and it's not just because I'm so bad at the game). Just totally sucked out all the fun at the end.

I've come to detest this horrible promotional demo for a single reason! And if you're not an achievement hunter you're not going to care, but it has one singular, terrible achievement called:

"Lightning Reflexes"
Catch every repair part delivered to you.

And it's not bad because it's a challenging thing to do, it's bad because it is SO poorly made. Basically you're giving these tiny tweezer arms, while (mostly) two part are fired at you in quick succession at torpedo speed, giving you a (literal) split second to catch them. AND the game doesn't seem to properly register you catching them, it only seem to register like 50% of the time. With parts becoming smaller as you progress, which makes them seem to register even worse. ON TOP OF THAT, you're not allowed to miss a single part, or you have to start the whole horror show over again, and there's a good 1/2 minute wait period in between appearances of each droid, which can not be skipped, and there's nothing to do since it's just a simple promotional demo.

So it's a tedious, random chance achievement, that should have never, ever, ever been put in a simple promotional demo.

I hope whomever came up with that achievement goes to a special kind of hell, because normal hell would be too kind for you sir.

Primordia is a great pixal art, point and click adventure game. The story is compelling with a nice sense of humor. Some puzzles can be challenging but are mostly fair. It has a beautiful steampunk-esque, dystopian, sci-fi atmosphere. It plays mostly in the same vein as other Wadjet Eye Games but the story, humor and art style make it one of my favorites.

This game fails as a stealth game, even when not compared to other Hitman games. I've played all previous Hitman games on a high difficulty and enjoyed them but this game gets extremely frustrating on high difficulties. This is by far the worst stealth game I've ever played.

The major problem is the A.I. They can spot you from very far away. They have a 180 degree field of view, meaning they'll spot you in less then a second from the corner of their eyes. They have a hive mind, so when one person becomes hostile every guard on the map becomes hostile. Disguises are somewhat broken in that every single person who wears that disguise will instantly recognize you (again from vey far away) but you get used to it. They see through walls/objects at times if you're not using the 'cover' button to glue to it.

The second major problem is the amount of enemies they place on the maps. Which is somewhat decent on easy and normal difficulty, but becomes insane on the highest difficulties. They also have the tendency to put additional guards at choke points on higher difficulties.

The nail in the coffin is the checkpoint system, which again works pretty decent in easy and normal difficulty. On higher difficulty it forces you to replay a level over, and over, and over again until you find the optimal way you want to play the level. Previous Hitman games had limited saves which was better because you could focus on getting good at one part and then saving and getting better at another part. No so in this game, you have to constantly replay from the start and do the parts you have already mastered to get a chance to do another part.

The levels themselves aren't that bad, they are more linear than previous Hitman games but they're pretty well designed. The story starts really interesting (though it's not consistent with the previous games) but doesn't get delved in deeper and very quickly becomes a carrot on a stick to move the game along.

In conclusion: There is some fun to be had if you play the game as an action game on lower difficulties (the challenges can be fun). But the game utterly fails as a stealth or Hitman game and that's why I've given it a negative review. I have more memories of being utmost frustrated then I do of having fun.
