If you want you want to turn your brain off and play a fighting game and go 'hehe funny hammer go boom' then this is the game for you.

There is no real skill in this game needed, just out-hit your opponent or stab them before they can pop a skill and you will be fine.
There is literally zero counter attacks that happen if you hit someone that is shielding (except for the big-shield boi) as you can just keep hitting them over and over with your sword or hammer and even if they block the attack, the blocker does not get a payoff for doing so, they just take less dmg but you will die at some point lmao

Please don't pick spike as your main as I have, as it is insanely difficult to hit enemies with pin-point accuracy in this cluster♥♥♥♥ of a 12v12 and nearly every other class has slashes and you cannot even dash backwards with Spike to pff sheesh I dunno.. Get the optimal range for your character back?!.

Just to give a quick example of Spike's abilities:

'Q' Ability to quickly hit an enemy multiple times (if you can hit all of them that is).
This ability needs as much of a wind up if not longer then your main attack and if someone is fighting you, you cannot pop this mid-combat unless they are already losing the fight and try to run away or are not on their guard for your attack such as backstabbing.

'E' Ability to quickly deflect a blow, jump back and either stab or guard break them in response by lunging forward.
Now you'd think that this gives some payoff due to having some nice timing and actually reacting with skill right?
No it does not, you get no hyper armour, no stun immunity from any hit and half the time you just glitch past someone due to the hyper accuracy of the spear and miss them.

So if you use this ability in a 1v2, then you are basically just screwed over.
Also if you are near a ledge (which surprisingly are a lot) you just fall to your death due to the ability not having a built in stop system when nearing ledges.

The only ability that has some okay stuff and is a decent opener is the impale ability which can (if timed within .75 seconds after blinking red. Yes it's about that much of a time frame) you can lunge forward and do a guard break ability which slams through the thick shield bois.

Just from this one perspective of a singular character that has the highest complexity and control, it just shows how dumbfounded most of the other characters are in the overall combat. Nearly all of them have wide range attacks with easy setup, quick or heavy hits, no drawback on enemies blocking their attacks and can just go nuts.

This game still requires a lot of polishing and for the love of god some drawback system when having an enemy block your attack, that they can actually respond to it and overtake the fight.

Katana is just way too OP, entire match lost due to 1 person double hitting your 3 man team and instantly down/dead.
