I didn't play the original, but I am thoroughly enjoying the 7th Guest VR

The visuals are stunning, and the attention to detail is remarkable especially when using the lamp, everything illuminated appears changed to reverse the decay and rot of age. But the standout feature for me is the inclusion of Full Motion Video actors, which add a unique charm.

The game is worse than on release 2020.
They changed everything around the game instread of just creating content for it.
They changed the UI to something that looks like a child made it in MS Paint while also being less intuitive.
Now they changed the equipment and made it worse and slower to use.
Everything is still clunky and buggy but they worked hard on a new level system....
