yeah this is pretty paper mario

I wondered if this game had a 2nd free roam and im glad to see one.

i'll tell you now that the "Seal" half of this DLC is not why its mixed. Deathwish was a good attempt, but that is NOT how you make your easy game harder. The cruise was an excellent chapter and fits with the game nicely.

If you happen to be an achievement hunter, PLEASE use workshop mods. it's not worth it.
