This however is another level of greatness. The only bad thing I can say is that it isn't long enough and ends just when it was reaching its peak. A war for Zille would have been a nice option. or perhaps one against Morello over the gold

That said, I do wish the new mechanics were added retroactively. The game could definitely benefit from it. I love the new war mechanic, extremely intuitive. albeit a bit of a scam sometimes. I ended the third stage having eliminated almost all the enemy troops but because I hadn't actually captured the two cities it counted it as an unimaginable failure.
The decrees build what was a very minor part of the base game into a major part of this DLC and I'm all for it. I love it, not to mention the turns now affecting resources.

There are of course some bugs, the biggest one I noticed was even though I "lost decisively" in operation golden guard, it put me straight into operation total tranquility as if I'd won. Not to mention the whole world addressed me as if I had.

One of the most revolutionary games ever made, with a powerful soundtrack and a fantastic narrative. I'd pick american conquest over cossacks 3 any day.

the graphics are chunky but that's to be expected from a 20 year old game
the ai provides an extreme challenge as they blob out exponentially so there's something for all skill levels
