It's... really good. Never experienced Silent Hill 2 before (or any Silent Hill for that matter), so this game and its story were completely new to me and I absolutely loved it.

The performance could have been better, but in no way unplayable.

It's overall an amazing game.

This game is a lot of fun.

I've never played the original, so this was a fresh experience from me, and I'm having a great time.

Some people have mentioned some performance issues and crashes, but I have yet to experience any issues so far, apart from some boss AI sometimes acting a little strange (but nothing game ruining). Overall, I'm getting a solid 100+ fps constantly and will be enjoying this game for many more hours.

Why must this game be so fun?

This game is excellent. Highly recommend this game, especially for its current price!

This game's vibe feels like a mixture of XIII, Mafia and a little bit of Dishonored.

Really fun game with a great sense of humour.

Haven't experienced many bugs myself, except removing a window from a room sometimes leaving a weird hole there. (I know, in real life that would make sense, but in this case not so much).

All things considered it's a fun experience with some hilarious writing. The voice actors are also doing a great job with their delivery of the lines. One of them just sounds like Matt Berry, which I approve of in every way.

After having played more of this game, I've come to love this game even more. I get so much more enjoyment out of this game than Two Point Hospital (even though I really like that game as well). It just feels right, from the gameplay to the writing, it's all top-notch. The music is good as well with it reminding me of Ratchet and Clank at times. It's just an all round fun time.

I love this game to pieces and it runs really well on my Steam Deck.
You might need to tweak one or two things, but after that you're in for a fantastic game.

I've only played a couple hours of it and I'm not particularly good at it, but I'm having a blast.

The game runs at a solid 60 fps with no stuttering on my hardware on High settings.

Playing this on my Steam Deck. Works great!

The gyro controls offered by the Steam Deck also nicely compensate for the joystick aiming, while somehow also making the game feel more immersive.

1. Set the controller layout to Gamepad With Joystick Touchpad.
   
2. (Optional) Set Gyro Behaviour to As Mouse.
   
3. Turn ON Controller input in the game's settings.
   
4. Turn OFF anti-aliasing to prevent the screen from going completely black while in-game.
   
5. (Optional) Turn OFF Southpaw (turning this off switches movement to the left stick and aim to the right stick; the default of most FPS games).

And that's it, enjoy!

Really fun!

Before buying this remaster I had only played Quake II once and didn't like it at all.
The game just didn't sit right with me. It felt clunky and everything felt like it lacked impact.

But this remaster completely changed my mind about this game. I now really enjoy the game.
Everything has been improved upon making the game feel much better to play.
