Good, but not as good as 4. Overall very buggy. I also don't like how they removed weapon mastery. Stealth is also lacking, you can just shoot your way through each section, and the next group of guards will be none the wiser.

Already dead. Haven't been able to get into a game with other people for a few weeks.

Great game, unfortunately very short if you're not interested in doing side stuff (I completed the game in about 4-5 hours on my first run, time is from leaving the game idling for a week lol)

While good in theory, this is quite game breaking.

pros:
- Concentrate development
- Better 'favour' mechanics
- monuments

cons:
- Concentrate development is stupidly unbalanced, you'll end up having a capital with 400 dev, meanwhile the surrounding country has less than 10, which is hilarious the first few times you do it, but what should really happen, is that dev should be spread around the whole country, rather than in 1 spot.
- Russia forms, because Muscovy always release Novgorod as a vassal, who is immediately disloyal
- Spain, and France in particular, also release vassals, and immediately start annexing them, only to re-release them
- Because of concentrate dev, native Americans will have cities bigger than Constantinople, Vienna and Paris combined

While a lot more linear than RE2, that's not a bad thing (I personally prefer more linear types of games.) This game is amazing, its only fallback is how short it is.

fan-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-tastic

I'm new to the RE franchise, and I love it already.

This game is a 9/10 at least.

I haven't finished the game yet, but so far it's fun, and well written, unfortunately some areas are incredibly frustrating, and you either have to resort to aimlessly clicking on everything, or searching up the solution. It would be nice if Sherlock would give hints and say "I should ...", "maybe ... would work", "I ought to go and ...." or something like that, when you're lost, or whatever.

Overall a good game, would definitely recommend if you enjoyed the previous Sherlock game by Frogware (this is a major upgrade, btw), or are a fan of Sherlock Holmes in general.

While the game is fun, and is overall good, I cannot recommend it on principle. Not only does it not live up to the hype (lets be honest, it never was going to) there are seriously way too many bugs, the game is generally clunky, and holy hell the performance is abysmal, especially if you don't have RTX. CDPR knew that this has been the most hyped game of the decade, and they dropped the ball hard.

I was fortunate enough to receive this game for free, but no one should be content with paying >$60 for a AAA video game that has this many problems, video games should not be released when they're unfinished.

The world is completely dead, with no NPC interaction whatsoever, driving is an absolute mess, and most enemies feel like bullet sponges (even in the first mission, which was really, really annoying) also, don't expect a GTA-esque police system, cops will instantly know when and where you've committed a crime, and quite literally spawn right behind you. Luckily you can get away from them by simply running away, and they won't look for you.

Unlike the rest of the player base, I did not enjoy the main story, I felt it was fairly generic, and for the most part, plain uninteresting. Only during 1 sequence did I actually feel that my choices actually mattered. Reaves did a pretty bad job of playing Silverhand, I don't know who would have been a better choice, but Reaves was not him. V (the guy you play as) also sucks as a main character, he doesn't have an ounce of the charisma as other lovable main characters like Geralt, Arthur Morgan or Alyx Vance have, just to name a few.

Unlike TW3 once I finished the main story (which I finished in less than 20 hours) there was not much else that I wanted to do, I finished the main side quests, and have since shelved the game, there is nothing here for me that makes me think "God I want to play more".

The only thing holding this game up right now are the absolutely amazing graphics (if you're lucky enough to have a system which can handle it). Slicing people up with the katana is also quite fun.

Ultimately, even when the bugs are fixed, this is a bang average game, with nothing much going for it, there is nothing revolutionary here, and while it is fun, it's not amazing, and I simply can't recommend it on principle. CDPR have a lot to fix, and I seriously doubt they will pull 'a No Man's Sky'.

If you've read this far, don't buy in to the hype. If you want to get the game, nothing I type will convince you otherwise, but I can recommend waiting for a sale, as in its current, and likely future state, it is not worth $60, nor does it live up to the legacy of The Witcher 3.
