I'll let you know I've played Destiny since the D1 Alpha, I play around 17 hours average a day with 6 hours of sleep, I go outside for around 5 minutes every week.
I live with my parents and I do not work IRL, which gives me a competitive advantage you DO NOT have.
I only drink water and eat according to my macros, no alcohol and no drugs, just so I can stay hyper-focused on my game performance.
I do exercise as well, 60 pushups and situps daily and which I have done for 3 years now. I missed 2 days in February of 2015, when Bungie did a Double XP Weekend in the Crucible.
