The game is pretty interesting and has its fun factor. It's hard to fault the game for some of its inconsistencies when dealing with customers and it's suggested corrections. However the corrections do see like they would be the same in real life in that they are vague and unhelpful. Personally I got fixated on trying to solve customer complaints rather than explore more options but my sadistic self enjoyed it.

I can not believe this game is free. The detail, art, and game play are so much fun. It's refreshing to see a game put together so well.
