Valve has neglected the game for years, the star of the FPS Multiplayer genre has been mishandled for so long I genuinely lost hope; but it seems Valve finally realized they could do the bare minimum with their almost infinite wealth and it won't hurt their bottom line. The bots are finally being banned and the bot hosters have been punished, cheating is still an issue but after being unable to play casual for YEARS I'll take what I can get.

This is one of, if not THE BEST FPS game still available to play. It's a timeless masterpiece and just as much of a social game as it is FPS, I adore that you can just hang out and chat with your team as you're blasting your foes into bloody giblets. I've been playing since 2011 and I can't see myself stopping soon.
