This is what happens when developers get too greedy, capitalist scum...

Literal snooze fest of a game. The overall idea of the game is great but in practice you'll find yourself as a new player spawning, running around for a minute max and then dying....God forbid you spawn as a D-Class personnel, you'll get killed by a kid with a superiority complex. As any class, you'll just die 2 seconds after merely taking a glance at any SCP. Once you do survive for at least 2 minutes your ears are going to get molested by 2 year olds who just found out what a soundboard is. You will although find SOME (though relatively boring) decent gameplay playing as an SCP....
Overall, this game is just not worth getting into, could be fun but nothing in the game really encourages you to dive into it and actually commit to spending your time learning the game and sticking around...

If Steam had a "Meh" or something in the middle-type recommendation, I'd give the game just that. But due to my experience scaling a BIT more to the negative side I'll be giving the game a negative review, sorry! Anyways, let's get to the reason why I'm giving the game this review! First of all the game is VERY HIGH quality, the graphics, animations, mechanics, sounds and so on are near perfect, I do really enjoy them. The game has a lot of depth in it, which I praise! The gunplay and combat is fast and will often last for about a split second...if they do happen in the first place...This is where we go into the negative part of the game. A lot of the time you will find yourself just walking from point A to point B...yeah but the distance is EXTREMELY LONG! Not to mention that you are always at risk of getting shot out of nowhere. Oops, well let's take a couple of seconds to respawn...then we will wait about a minute or 20-30 seconds (depends on the garrison or outpost), then we will repeat the entire process all over again. The chances of you getting shot out of nowhere with no clue where the enemy is are about 90%...But when you do eventually ambush someone or successfully win a quick-timed gunfight with someone, the feeling is beyond satisfying, the effects and sounds make the kill all the more rewarding. Do the aforementioned processes-walk, die, walk again, get a kill (maybe), fight over a point on the map and win by either the time ticking out or until you completely capitulate the enemy. Now I know I don't have a lot of depth, skill, understanding and knowledge of the game since I played it on the free weekend, I might not be the best judge. If you really want to experience the best the game has to offer, you are needed to spend A TON of hours on it. The community is beginner friendly (sometimes???) and there are a lot of beginner-friendly servers to join. So in conclusion here is my advice on whether or not you should buy the game-
1. If you are going to invest a lot of hours in the game- Buy it!
2. If you are looking for a casual experience and don't want to invest a lot of time into the game just to be an "average" (if one can even referred to as such) player then- Absolutely do NOT!

The game is as good, if even better than the previous title in my opinion. Feel free to buy it but do wait for a sale though. The story is amazing, though it could have been better. I won't be comparing it to the E3 version so I'm going to say that the graphics and the world are really solid, they really went all out on the effects, the gore is brutal and the combat is satisfying. The parkour is a no-brainer, it's a Dying Light game, of course it's excellent! The variety of abilities, tools and world objects you can use is astonishing and makes traversing the map a breeze and a joy overall. This is one of the few games that actually makes me not want to use Fast Travel. Overall 10/10 for me.

Extremely not beginner friendly, unless you have a friend that is willing to teach you you are not going to have a fun experience at all. Don't bother spending hours to learn to play the game just play League of Legends instead, way better.

I can annihilate my friends and crush their skulls (in game). I certainly enjoy hitting them with rocks and eating bugs as Rambo and crushing their balls with the Terminator 10/10.
