Amazing metroidvania game, extremely polished graphics and tight controls.

A great game, with even greater potential. It's currently what I would consider a complete game, in the sense that it's worth the time and current price. I'm looking forward to more QoL features (like better logistics management) and seeing where it goes.

It looks like a good game, I'd really like to play it for more than a few minutes. As someone who is deaf but uses hearing aids, I really need subtitles to properly understand spoken languages. I can't in good conscience reccomend this game, as I know even people with good hearing find subtitles valuable.

The developer stated a year ago that adding subtitles to the game was a priority, but nothing has materialised yet. Other VR games have done this quite well, so I don't see what the holdup is.

An amazing game for the puzzle/efficiency addicts out there. I've come across from Factorio/Infinifactory, and I'm loving the increased complexity, exploration aspect and the sheer challenge of just getting to the deeper ore deposits and surviving. Taking the automation genre into 3D makes for an amazing game. The UI needs work, but once you get to grips with it, it's surprisingly easy to use. I'm personally not a fan of Minecraft, as I tend to get bored with pure survival/aesthetic building games pretty quickly. This game hits all the areas that I enjoy in one package: Exploration, problem solving, combat, automation, logistics and the challenge of tweaking your factories to improve their efficiency.

The game has been rock solid stable for me and hasn't crashed once in the 50+ hours I've racked up playing, sometimes well into the small hours of the morning. I'm eagerly awaiting a more stable and comprehensive multiplayer experience. I've only just reached T2 ores, but I'll be buying the expansion anyway as a developer this good deserves support, plus I have no doubt it will add greatly to the experience.

Purchased the game, managed to get into the 'lobby' from which I can apparently select which episode I want to experience, but there's no way to interact with the game at all. The motion controllers are required, but none of the buttons will work in-game. There's also no information about how to start an episode, so I assume it's meant be explained in-game in some way. I'll amend this review if the devs get it working.

Solution! Don't have ANY other controllers plugged in, as they will conflict and not allow you to do anything.

An incredible game for the puzzle solvers and optimisers out there. There are dozens of us, dozens I tell you! I'd liken this to another series I love, ANNO (With the exception of the most recent release). If you've ever played an ANNO game, then this one will make a lot of sense, plus the fact it has many times the complexity and depth of any of the ANNO games!

A fantastic puzzle game. It's rock solid stable, looks good and has lots of content as well as an interesting storyline. If you liked SpaceChem then you'll love Infinifactory.

As others have said It's basically SpaceChem in 3D, concepts of reactors and piping are more or less combined, with conveyers taking the place of the latter, and the entire level being the reactor. The same concept of optimising cycles (time), number of components used and now overall footprint of components is present.

Finding a solution, and then tweaking to optimise is a dream come true for us OCD types out there! The game will rank your solution for a given challenge against the population playing the game, so that you can see where you score. It's difficult, and sometimes impossible to rank highly in each area. Decreasing cycle time will increase block count for example. Improving one of the three scores will usually come at the cost of one or both of the others.

Zachtronics stands out for me as a real leader in modern puzzle games. Great challenge, lots of replayability, user created content and a sandbox mode! For those that like their puzzle games, I can't reccomend it enough.
