F&M is a Turn-based Strategy game, It's based in the Victorian of history. I love RTS games! I've played most all of them. Some are good, some are bad. F&M is a great game, it functions well in play, it has a decent skill ceiling. There is a lot of nuance to the game play and how to combat each situation. The games bugs are fixed quickly and the development team behind it is passionate.

Each nation feels unique even if some outclass others. While I've only played a little bit of the online, I personally loved the single player Campaign where you get to play through a historical war, you can play either side and adapt to each situation.

The games biggest flaws stem from its poor or lack of a good tutorial. Many mechanics are left unexplained and online resources being required is never a good thing. It isn't the most pretty game in the world. But by no means an eye sore.

I am personally a big fan of the Armchair Historian and love his content. This game from them is a wonderful project and I hope they can continue making more or move onto another project. This one is a real treat.

Do you like sad music , sad sounding people that speak japanese with english subs then this game about 2 people ( Nameless Male ) and the other setsumi the main female character.

Story 8/10

The story behind this game is about a girl named setsumi has an illness they never put a name on she lived normal her entier life still she was in middle school then she is hospitalized and her friend come to her every day at the hospital and give her good wish cards , untill she keeps getting hospitalized that she becomes a fragment in everyones mind. Those people she called friends are now just strangers to her she keeps doing the same cycle over and over < Hospital < Stay for Weeks < Clinic < Hospital > And it goes on and on.

Protaginist (Nameless Male )

This Male you meet in the first chapter of the first game tells you that he has the same illness as the setsumi and is in the same cycle as her and then he ends up on the 7th floor with this girl setsumi on his second day there he sees her in the longue starring blankly at the TV nothing interesting playing.



Sound Track 9/10

The sound track for this VN is just beautiful and has lots of sad piano notes that add to the emotional break down to the characters that they have later in the story , like the first sound track you hear is quite sadistic sounds but also kind of soothing to your ears cause of the fluid sound going with the piano it adds lots of emotion to the game as the characters are pretty dull cause of they're sad looking and bery depressed looking and sounds ( If you do voice over ) and then when they leave they kinda brighten not that much but it makes the story a littleless sad until , you get farther in the story and do the second game but the sound track gets better and worse has it's ups and downs everywhere.


My Verdict

My verdict in total is a 9.1 as the sound track and story went together so well in my opinion the characters never had many dull points just a few drops here or there that didn't make much of a difference to me , the story/plot was amazing to my taste of story as i have an attraction to sad and depression stories and situations , as well as games of sadness and All those kind of things. I recommend playing this VN it opens a lot of ideas up to simple minded people aswell as some amazing ideas for sad stories of death or relationships or something of that matter.


9/11 is my ACTUAL final verdict Hue Hue Hue

The game is in alpha. But in my game time on it i found it a cool survival system aswell as enemies and the dark shadowing and music adds to the horror effect.But what i found the best was the AI , the AI is smarter then you. THEN ALL OF YOU!!! It learns well you play/ EX a mutant will run at you and then stop. If you swing at it he will then group up slowly with more of his mutants and then they will all slowly hunt you down like the dog you are!! Now if you don't he will just do his own thing as usall. Run around being naked killed rabbits being naked watching you in hte trees O.O being naked....the only thing i think is annoying is the material collecting building a log cabin taks 82 logs from trees! 82!! And it takes about a full minute or two to cut one tree for 4-6 logs! But it's cool also how you can make a house boat and fish with a spear and hunt and make rabbit cages and watch them mate in front of your eyes and then make babies then you kill them and then eat them and then watch the rabbits mate MOAR !!!!!!! Anyways 8.5/10
