STOP ADDING ACHIEVEMENTS OMG. ESPECIALLY ACHIEVEMENTS THAT SOMEONE ALREADY DID PRIOR TO THEM BEING IMPLEMENTED --- Y'ALL KEEP MAKING THEM REDO THEM --- MAKES IT SOOOO TEDIOUS.

An eclectic amalgamation of: Binding of Isaac, Forager, Slay the Spire, Graveyard Keeper, Hades, and more. Super adorb and twisted characters that can be easily reference to all kinds of things (Gumball, Darwin, Rigby, Evil Pepa [fun to sacrifice], yadaydaya.)

Has some room for improvement on crown doctrines and other rewards, but overall, definitely a fun cute game!

Beautiful interface and ample content.

THIS ONE DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. There's an array of complexities and aspects to learn (especially concerning modifiers). It's frustrating in a smexy way.

I also greatly appreciate the little MUD bits (walking towards a quest path and encountering a little story with multiple choices.)

9/10 (One star is gobbled up because I haven't come to terms with the "exhaustion" factor after cards are burned yet, lol).

GREAT ART, GREAT MUSIC, GREAT GAMEPLAY, GREAT STORIES, GREAT CHARACTER BUILDING.


I really adore the soundtrack! Some of the music is really akin to Diablo (other instrumentals or aria's are Celtic/Morose/Intense/Dark and just as beautiful).

The gameplay is fun - I love the classes (although some are variations of one another [Summoner and Blood Mage for example] and it would be nice if they were more diversified); I love the deck-building aspects; the rune tiers; and the character building passives available each level (and occasionally throughout the game). There's a LOT of gameplay to be lovingly squeezed from this.

The STORYLINES ARE BEAUTIFUL. The art is dark and evocatively gorgeous, the NPCs are macabre and well done. I love all the little side quests, and beyond wanting to progress in the main storyline, the side quests give incentive to want to go through the first sections again --- even after a great and long run has met its brutal demise (I USED THE NOOSE RIGHT BEFORE KILLING THE FINAL GUARDIAN, DON'T USE THE NOOSE, IT REALLY DOES WHAT IT SAYS LOL).

Wasted weeks of my life in this ♥♥♥♥...

would do again.

Sexy and haunting melodies... beautiful graphics and scenery... powerful and immersive storyline --- easily in my top games of all time.


I recommend the books as well.
