I'd be basically giving you the same files as found in the game files, so for that I think you are better off getting it from the files direct. Plus H3VR's stuff is in PBR and not in the TF2 texture format, you will have to do a bunch of work to get it right.

Hello, I had gotten permission from Anton to port over the Meat Fortress weapon models over to Source Filmmaker, and was wondering if you'd be up to throwing me the models and textures/materials. If not I can try getting them with Asset Studio or some other program, but I figured I would ask the source of the models first. We've already agreed on giving full credit to you and Anton, so there's no need to worry about that.
