Great game. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ treatment by Sony. I'm switching this review from negative to positive, but never forget that Sony doesn't see you as a person, just a data point.

So... for as cheap as it was and as long as I played it, I don't feel like this game actually gave me the sort of enjoyment something like Unnamed Space Idle or some of my other favorite idle games does. An ending is nice, but trying to figure out how to get there feels like a strain, and really when it comes to 'did I enjoy myself' I have to say the answer is 'not really.' Just hang onto your $5 and do something else.

OK it's currently 0.1.3.0 so you shouldn't expect much in the way of plot or anything but if you just want to explore a world, build bases, hunt and trap Pals, fight things, and basically experience the thing from the ground up, this is going to be the next big thing as long as the developers don't take the cash bag and flee to the Bahamas.

A fun, stress free little game about sailing around, exploring, and making money. It's short and simple and there's no combat or worry except for running out of cash, but otherwise it's all in good fun. Little tip - build the lighthouse ASAP.

This is an interesting game with a solid premise, but the mechanics feel very same-y from game to game. You're unlocking more and more new things from playthrough to playthrough but I can't help but feel that I'm just dragging along mechanically through each round.

This is a puzzle game, despite its unassuming mercantile farming sim outlook. The puzzle starts right as you pick your first crop, and it involves using the available crops, animals, permits, and tools to extract every penny of cash the game will legally allow, and then cranking up the difficulty, unlocking more and more complex tile setups, and doing it all over again until you are at the 1000+ rating, ending games almost as soon as they start because the RNG hates you for one reason or another. If you enjoy that kind of maddening, addicting puzzle gaming like I do, this game offers a lot. And that's just the basic rating game - the other game modes are even more insane.

Man I do not know what to say about this game except every bit of it is amazing. The gameplay, the art, the dialogue, the lore, the music (the MUSIC!), everything about this game is phenomenal. Get the demo, play it, and tell me you don't agree.

Nevergrind Online is an online multiplayer old school MMORPG that abstracts almost all of the non-combat aspects of old MMOs like Everquest into dungeon blobbing, moving through various randomly-generated dungeon combats that see your character, at time of writing a combination of 14 races that can access a various selection of 14 different classes spread across the Holy Trinity of tank/DPS/healer, pushing their way through various fantasy monsters and foes in groups going from 'good enough for a single person' to 'challenging a full group of 5 players', in a hunt to find ever improving grades of loot and bigger experience rewards.

And you don't have to adventure alone. Dungeon crawls can start alone but allow other players to join you, or you can create a password for your run your friends will need to hop in. Part of the fun is seeing how different teams of players face some of the higher level opponents.

If you're looking for a comfy, old-school adventure that goes from a steady pace in between fights to rapid fire tactical battles this is your game. Grab your sword and board and come explore the caves - nothing dangerous in them, just a few goblins and rats...

This game will never be Overwatch again. It will never be what we were promised, and it is a thin shell of the game where I found one of my favorite characters of all time. Without massive revisions and changes and actual effort put into the game, this game is not going to thrive. It'll live on, as part of Blizzard's immortal charges, writhing in pain but never able to actually pass into the afterlife, but it won't be alive and thriving or dead and properly buried.

So this game is extremely chill. All you're doing is identifying plants and solving puzzles. There's no time limit, no pushing, just read, click, read, click. I'm not sure if I'd feel as good about it if I'd paid full price but I got it on sale for $11, and that feels pretty decent. As for solving the detective story, there's several ways you can go about it, depending on how you feel, or if you want all the achievements. It's a good story, for what it is, and the main draw of the game is for someone who wants to identify strange plants from very little information, and solve puzzles on a map with sometimes even less info. It won't strain your brain too hard, but it's a nice little stretch, like a sleepy black cat lying on a store counter.
