This is a tentative recommendation. Dream Drop Distance is a fantastic game, but the port's a total mess that's incredibly unstable. It took me easily double the time it should've to get through the credits because the game kept hanging on important scenes. If Square Enix fixes the issues, then it's a total recommendation. This also contains X Back Cover and 0.2 A Fragmentary Passage, but they have a combined length of like five hours, so it's not worth the £50 just for those.

This won't take you very long to beat, but every single maze plays differently. It's like 20 games in one, with some incredibly creative mechanics. If you're on the fence, IT'S LITERALLY FREE!

This game is so damn stupid, but it's so great too. You can search locations multiple times courtesy of some visitors, so don't think each location is one and done. There's a great mix of locations, merchandise, game mechanics, and even a surprisingly good plot that does the opposite of taking itself seriously. It's not gonna win any GOTY awards, but if you wanna play as someone who looks like they're on a registry and find random crap to sell for obscene prices, then hop right in. The DLC is also better than I expected. The theme park isn't really a theme park, but it's perfectly suited to the game mechanics and is like a whole other game. To top it off, my 16 hours were all in a single sitting because I just couldn't stop playing. I'm not even finished yet!

Walking simulator? How about RUNNING SIMULATOR?! The sense of speed and use of momentum here is divine. I know I haven't played much, but it's just fantastic.

PAYDAY 3 is the epitome of a mixed bag. It's got an amazing core with so many little annoyances that spoil it. There's not enough heists, the skills can be confusing, and XP and additional cash is abysmal. Before long, you're gonna run out of stuff to do. If I were you, I'd hold off until the first year of DLC's dropped, it'll undoubtedly be a proper sequel by then. Before anyone says that PAYDAY 2 only launched with 12 heists and a bunch were just reskins, PAYDAY 2 didn't cost £35 and up. I'm not one for the length = price argument, but this is kinda taking the piss. If they want us to pay £45 extra for just four more heists, those heists had better be the greatest heists in gaming history.

If you have Prepare to Die Edition, there's nothing for you here. It doesn't look as good, though thankfully the lava isn't blinding, and the only changes worth mentioning are the new bonfire in the Catacombs by the blacksmith and the jump button separate from the roll and sprint button, so just play the original if you have it. If you don't, however, this is still a fantastic way to enjoy one of the greatest games of all time. If you're a veteran of the other games, however, don't lock on. Doing so limits your movement to eight directions and disables sprinting. It's way easier to control the camera yourself and keep true freedom of movement.

Do I really need to say anything? Elden Ring is a masterpiece, fully deserving of every ounce of praise. It's punishing, but it's also fair, much fairer than the earlier Dark Souls games. The worst thing about this game is the reuse of bosses, but said reuse makes sense since there are literally 200 bosses in this game. 100% is daunting, but I'm having a very good time. I just need a few endings and that's it.

Early Access Review
Remember Gmod Tower? This is that, but bigger, better, and more stable. I'm normally someone who waits for games to leave early access, but this is all about the community and the game's almost secondary. It's worth far more than the asking price. There are many awesome gamemodes which allow you to earn virtual currency to spend on cool stuff to customise your character and condo. The most important thing to note is that there is not a single microtransaction. You can only earn currency by playing, paying to win is impossible. Join us, you can always refund if you don't think it's for you! Just be sure to get some minigolf in. Without Tower, Golf With Your Friends wouldn't play like it does. This is where the concept of everyone playing minigolf at once came from.

How can I even begin to describe this? It's like if Wario Land 4 had a baby with Sonic the Hedgehog with the variety of modern Nintendo. Every single level is different, with new mechanics, new enemies, and levels that feel like an odyssey through everything a level can be, then it tops it all off by making each level flow perfectly to allow for perfect full-combo runs that net you an exclusive rank. Top this off with five spectacular boss fights which each feel distinct and you get a game that is by all purposes perfect. This doesn't even get into the wild animation which takes the Ren and Stimpy "never on-model" approach, playing out like Cow and Chicken at its wackiest, or the incredible soundtrack that features one of the best final boss songs ever created. If this game cost $200 it'd be worth every penny. Buy it, don't even wait for a sale, you won't regret it. 10/10, grade P.

I played this game for a laugh. What I got was a frustrating, boring experience with no scares, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ worldbuilding, and a core mechanic that doesn't even work right. Don't even bother with it, it's just bad and is an insult to the indie horror scene.
