So the only way is to buy a disc, dig up my old computer, and the transfer all of that? thats a lot of steps for a couple movie clips. So theres no way to find the file online and just put it in?

Oh yeah, once you do get your hands on the folder, it goes into the Data folder, not the root of your Cars install.

I got the folder from the CD version of the game, since it's included there, but not on digital releases. But just putting the folder into the game folder isn't enough, you need a retail exe, since from my memory, the movie folder and files aren't programmed into the Steam releases exe, only the retail one, so you need a retail exe. Though the one that comes with the CD includes SecuROM DRM, so you'd need to have the disc inserted for it to work, so you'll need to find a NoCD exe, i won't link to one, if you know where to get one, then you know.
