bit buggy for sure, but well worth 20 bucks. ive spent 14 hours only on the first map following the quest chain, and theres 4 other maps to still explore.
just wish you dropped gear on death, bit OP to just reload saves when you die pretty much

Writing this I currently have 300 hours into this game, and this game at its core is super fun. I love the taming aspect of being able to ride or have random mobs in open world as pets, which to be honest is the only reason I'm currently playing this game. The lack of player trading is dishearteneing but can be overlooked however auction house is slow and clunky, the combat system implemented is simply worse than your typical MMO as it is super combo reliant and doesn't involve much skill to master as compared to animation canceling and learning strong combos. The dungeon mechanics are beyond easy, the intial bosses involve 0 mechanics and the late game bosses only require a few, and the only method to make the dungeons somewhat challenging is the increased health pool on bosses in which they enrage if you don't meet your dps check. This game is facing some serious issues such as a lack of end game content and stale PvP as well as not coping with bugs such as the chili exploit, auction house duping effectively ruining their only method of trading, the auction house. While I feel I got my moneys worth easily, and will continue to play this game casually until more content is released I would not recommend this game,

I love telltale games ever since I watched someone play the wakling dead season 1. I then went on to play the wolf among us and again loved the game, however tales from the borderlands I think is by far the best story driven game I have ever played

Great game that adds difficulty into a genre that was just pumping out content without a challenge. That along with the gorgeous artwork makes this game a cut above any other RPG. Only real downside is that a controller is basically required but that shouldn't discourage you from playing it, I went out and bought a ps3 controller just for this game and have found myself using it for others as well.

Not much to say, amazing game with a very large amount of replayability. There are tons of mods, at one point I was running around 100 or so mods from nexusmods (use them instead of steam workshop). But yeah... everything I could say has already been said by countless players.

Let me start out by saying I love this game, I missed it when it was first released because I thought it was going to be another boring FPS game people would just play and get bored. It is so much more though, I am a fan of stealth games and being allowed to choose between a stealth run and a FPS is pretty fun.

Pros:
Diversity (somewhat, I'll explain in cons)
Stealth or Loud (FPS/Action)
Community
Replayability
Soundtrack
Regularily Updated (again somewhat, I'll explain in cons)
Voice Chat (Wish they would show who is talking in game though)
Fun as hell
Achievments (There are ALOT of achievments ranging from "Oh look I got an achievment" to 2 hours of "I finally got this ****ing achievment. When I really like a game I get achievment hungry so this for me is a plus, might be a con to someone else)

Cons:
DLC (Normally DLC is fine, but this game takes it a little to far with the DLC on a non-steam sale ranging in the $100. On this bright side alot of the DLC is unneeded and the base game is still pretty fun without it. The DLC just adds in some diversity which affects the replayability a little, on the bright side though it adds new content to the game)

Alot of guns are obsolete (Patches after patches ruined alot of the funner guns, and while there are still plenty of guns you can mess around with, more than half the guns are pretty much unused/useless)

Sidenote: If you do get into the game, the gage courier is the only DLC you need at the start with the rest being your choice although I would recommend BBQ for the molotov. Also if you decide to pick all the DLC's up at once, just go for a steam sale, its like $30 or so

8.5/10
