This game goes back to the old days of NHL Open Ice Challenge and NHL Hitz. Straight up fun hockey game. Comparing this to Old Time Hockey (Bush Hockey League) and it just will not, cannot compare to this gem.

The game is easy to pick up, being a NHL Hitz fan i found an exploit for easy goals as you had to with Midway games, and this game has that same feel. One on one with the way you change lines is VERY refreshing especially with arcade hockey games. The atmosphere is fantastic as well. Overall great game.

Cross play saved this game as the PC playerbase is non-existent. With that being said game is a ton of fun. A new take on Windjammers which is a game i never tried but wish to. Addicting as hell.

Appreciative that Sledgehammer put out a beta, so that i know to not get this game under any circumstances. Even Christmas lmaoo.. While I know this is still a beta, when the BO3 beta came out nothing really changed feom that beta to the full release. Honestly, also put in time in Advanced Warfare and I just don't think Sledgehammer games can make a balanced, fun project. Treyarch only from here on.

Not only the best fighting game on PC, but also the best bowling lmaoo..

I am a bit biased being that Tekken is my favorite and have been playing it for almost 10 years, but this is the most fun i have had with tekken in a very long time. The fact that the PC version is the pinnacle version on its first go makes it even more of a recommendation. Veterans of fighting games love even those new to Tekken, and newcomers in general have some great people to learn from here. At the time of this review there was a sale. 29.99. Cant really beat that.

The game is fantastic, only gripe is not telling you what the "perfect dunk" is.. or perfect shot is for that matter. A mix on NBA JAM and Street which hits the feels being a former NBA Showtime tournament player. How is it a mix? Look down below

NBA JAM:

-obvious 2v2 gameplay
-High flying dunks
- Shoving as an option

NBA Street: Actually gearing off into​ NBA Street HOMECOURT territory, the timing of your shots/dunks factor in of you getting extra points much like the double dunk mechanic.

-Gamebreaker-esque meter.


Arcade gaming is back. Time for the NullDC emulator to be on the shelf a little bit.

EDIT: For perfect shots/dunks, looks like the peak of jumps. Isn't common either so far. Will update if anything happens.

EDIT P2: Online is pretty solid. And you get points even when people rage quit (Street fighter 5 take notes) xD

The button sequence mechanisms for tricks is a bit obtuse coming from old school high score games, once you get it however, a lot of fun..

Plus these guys are publishing NBA PLAYGROUNDS, arcade gaming is back.

Next WWE game I'm getting is WWE ALL STARS 2, until then GG.

Let me know when a hockey game can defeat NHL Hitz 2003... Then wake me up. Because this definitely ain't it. Almost puts me to sleep atm. I'm still try to play this but good God, if the fighting sucks, the shooting sucks, the passing sucks, the movement sucks... What the ♥♥♥♥ am I playing??? Shuffle board.. I want a hockey game. Kmon now do something guys

Because a baseball bat beats getting shot in the head twice... Updates ruined the game. It's still fun, but at the end of the day, Black Ops 2 on hardcore. Way better. Might have to see what the hype of CS:GO is all about, this is getting out of hand.

Saw that Street Fighter 5 came out, looks good and all, but made me realize how good KOF is. So back on it again, and wow this game is great.
