Terrible, not enough players, games filling up slower and slower daily, dev's don't fix the game, shotgun doesnt work, FPS issues, hard to run, 0 skillgap, don't buy.

Good FPS players would enjoy and like this game, unlike MMORPG players like myself, getting kicked in this game...

Great game, childish community...

Gorgeous art style, exploration-style gameplay, sweet powers. Amazing game.

Payday 2 is a fun game as long as you have friends who play it. If you are looking to buy this game for purely gameplay, then I would not recommend. I do not think that people in the Payday community would like this review just because I thought the gameplay was bad. But I think it is, and here's why.

1. Stealth
Stealth is the go-to playstyle in the game if you are looking for grinding levels because stealth rewards you with more rewards for completing the level in stealth than on loud. Stealth is more fun then loud in my opinion because if you pull it off with your team you will feel rewarded for playing on stealth.... if your team is coordinated enough to do so. Stealth is a must-do with friends because if you queue up with randoms you probably fail because everybody wants to do their own thing. However if you get coordinated randoms you could pull it off but it still would take a lot of time of trying over and over again. Eventually someone will ♥♥♥♥♥ about going loud instead and then we do. But...

2. Loud
Loud is♥♥♥♥♥♥ You will like it at first but then will want to kill yourself after playing Payday 2 as long as I have on loud. Loud should be your last resort because loud is gameplay against zombies with guns pretty much. You got your basic zombies, your strong zombie, your fast zombie, and the zombies that support the basic zombies. Anything below death wish is brain dead gameplay and then once you take the jump to death wish or one down you get ♥♥♥♥ed anuly so much. The loud gameplay is just sit behind cover where enemies can't spawn (unless you build dodge, tanky, or just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥) and wait for the drill to stop drilling so you can drill another vault or plant some explosives. My only 2 favorite parts about going loud is the music and my galant rifle which people would yell at me not to bring for stealth (which I don't bring to stealth).

3. Overall gameplay
I kinda went over all that♥♥♥♥♥♥already so this is just to say that it is repetitive. It's usually the same thing over and over again for either stealth or loud. Just a different map or difficulty.

In conclusion, buy this game if you have friends that play Payday 2, because even if you decide to go loud with your friends, it's really fun. The community is also great as well and will usually treat you nicely as long as your a good boy and follow the directions from the guy with 25 infamy. The gameplay is the biggest downside to this game.

Not so fun playing solo, cause people you get matched up with sometimes dont know how to play.
Its a team based game.

I recommend it if youre playing with friends, or if you dont care about rankng.
One of my biggest complaints is the wait time for a game, some characters are busted but will eventually(hopefully) get balanced.
Other than that, i like it. characters are fun.

Me before playing: "Pshh, why is everyone so interested in this game? All you do is drive trucks. That's it."

Me now(Plaid shirt, tight boot-cut jeans and boots, majestic mustache and a sudden southern draw): *cranks up, "East Bound and Down." Welp, got a four hour trip today, Red Bull on the dash, and my dog in the passenger seat. Time to haul it up! Yeeeeeee-Haawwwwww!

I'd rather buy winrar.
