If you have an autistic love for building, management, economy, and tycoon style games this is the game for you. It scratches an itch few games I own do. the standalone game is worth it at full price and the DLC's are fairly priced for what they provide.

I had alot of fun with this game back in the day but its completely dead now, you'd be lucky to find 10 people on at one time.

You play this game because you like strategy and management games.
I play this game because chugga chugga choo choo.

If this game was a plane it would be a Boring 747

Pros:
-Well placed shots can lead to sweet kills
-XRAY is always cool
-Decent stealth mechanics

Cons:
-Very boring, predictable and anti-climactic campaign
-Godawful voice acting
-Shallow and forgettable characters (Do they even have names?)
-Repetitive gameplay

Should you buy? Only if its really cheap during a steam sale and you just want to kill people, if you want a good story, pass
