Probably the best military themed RTS game I've ever played. A lot of the mechanics in the game feel inspired from Company of Heroes, while staying true to the original RTS mechanics that RTS fans like myself adore. I personally think that's the best way to make a military themed RTS (label me whatever, but I just did not like Company of Heroes), this game is amazing. The modding potential for it makes it even more better. Love it!

Honestly FEZ is THE game that really inspired me to become an indie developer. There is no game that stood out to me so much at the time of it's release. I've always seen FEZ as one of those games that would be relatively easy to make, but you'd have to have to brain to think of it. The creator of FEZ (though apparently being a total douche) came up with a fantastically innovational platformer idea that took 3D platforming games to a whole new level, without straying from the normal 2D platformer genre that we all know and love.

The game is beautiful, well crafted, downright silly, and headache worthy frustrating at times. 11/10.

Path of Exile hails back to the classics, mainly Diablo II, which is quite apparent at a first glance, but this takes what Diablo was and made it SO MUCH BETTER.
The skill tree is intense, and well crafted, making the player think every time they level up, because the more you progress, the more confined you'll have to be with your choices, forcing you to choose a way to define your character the way you want, while also being very flexible by allowing all characters to eventually obtain the same amount of passive skills.
The story is pretty interesting, though easy to overlook, and sadly did not play as big a role in the actual game as it did in the Diablo series. That's not a big deal though, because the main focus of this game is the expression of interest in the classic gameplay that Diablo has, not really it's story.

And although I do recommend it, I want to see a lot changed on the performance front. It's absolutely outrageous that a game this small should be using up 2 gb of ram. Some less knowledgable people may think that's okay (and using Minecraft as an example hardly makes sense for those that do, that game is huge and so requires a lot of memory), but it's just not. It's not common for a game this small to use that much, and it's an obvious sign of inexperience on the programming front as per problems with memory allocation. Or maybe storing a lot of information about items and such that would be much better saved to CSV's and loaded later? But I doubt that, I respect the team, as this is a great game.

But long story short, this game is great, but requires more than 4 gb's of ram.

Hawken, though content limited, was a great game from it's first release to now. Though it's not supported by the dev's anymore really, and I would REALLY like more for this game, it's still a great play.

Pros:
- Solid Gameplay
- Well crafted maps
- Well crafted mechs
- team play driven
- maps and mechs bring the team gameplay home in a great, largely overlooked way

Cons:
- Some things that really shouldn't require a price tag

Neverwinter is probably the best MMO I've ever played. The game is one of those few MMO's that you can play alone and be entertained almost just as much as when you play in a party. The game's multiplayer system works flawlessly, and blends with the game in a nice way. There are some very obvious inspirations from other games, but it takes typical MMO ideas and combines them with a gaming environment that is suitable for the kind of gamer that actually wants a challenge, rather than going and collecting some resource from some place, or go and kill a certain amount of a certain kind of enemy.
The tutorial is a bit stale, but don't pass up the game simply because of that. The tutorial is there to guide you to the overall game, and once you start really delving into the dungeoneering gameplay, the game reaches a whole new level of MMO gameplay.
This is most definitely one of those free games that when compared to the ones you have to pay for, make you look at the ones that cost money and shake your head.
And for all you ESO fans that wanted a game with gameplay that sticks true to the greatness of gameplay that it entitles itself to being and were dissapointed by it, look no further. This game is the perfect blend of multiplayer gameplay and ACTUAL gameplay.
The dungeoneering aspect is obviously a large part of and D&D game, and this one fits the bill just right. With a party of fully customizable characters, the gameplay will never cease to amaze me. I'm hoping you get the same thrill from the game that I did, and still do, every time I play it!
