And where is your loot? More importantly, where is your resistance?
As for the arguments coming from my side. Yes, and I could go more into detail. But I think you already agree. The question you should be asking yourself is why even bother playing at all when you can just crack open a beer and let it be played for you? There is the old saying of "Work smarter, not harder". If you wish to be part of the mob and run foolish errands, then be my guest. But the smart players who aren't bound by primitive moral values or social constructs such as reputation are already ahead of you.
We preserve our energy and accomplish meaningful tasks on the side as the game plays itself. Soon we will even be able to complete an entire 2C tour within 30 minutes. You can't resist progress!
“Several years will pass and I will sit with you” - no, this will not happen, because almost 3 years (2500 tours) of continuous play in Mann Up have already passed and so far there is no such “evil intent” at all. I even like to play with stock guns from time to time. I know very well a player with 4000 tours and he still plays and even against AFK!
Not sure how many tours you have in total. But anyone telling me that this game mode is still fun to play after a couple hundred tours is straight-up lying. If fun was a major point, then people wouldn't touch Mann Up in the first place and stick to Bootcamp. People play for loot, there is no denying that. A tryhard SR Demo is equal to a cheater in my book. Same results, different method.
Truth is, the resistance against cheaters is slowly fading as people are beginning to realize how futile it is to uphold some kind of moral integrity in a game such as this. Just a few years, and you will sit next to me without a care in the world. It is inevitable.
I’m not saying “seriously”, I’m just using the word “let’s say; what if”.
There are many games with ~100-1000 online and there is a lot of moderation, which plays itself and stops violations. In fact, over time this can appear in any game. And they can update VAC for all games at once. I also understand that for them the “loot conveyor” is only in their favor - after all, the “casino spins” faster. But it seems to me that sooner or later it will happen :) If it doesn’t happen, okay.
I will still quit games with cheaters because I always enjoy playing this game, even though the missions are the same, cheaters really break the natural flow of the game. And I want to maintain the reputation that I have (let's be honest, they won't understand me if I start playing with cheaters...).
And sorry, I can't take anyone serious who talks about "Valve doing something". The game is dead, period. You genuinely believe they will all of a sudden crawl back to this dead game and give it a major update? For what reason? What do they have to gain? Revenue? The small amount it generates is not worth the hassle. And it's going to flow in, regardless of them contributing to the game. Reputation? Valve doesn't give a damn if they are deemed incompetent for not handling a big problem in one of their long-forgotten games. The world has forgotten it, so why should they bother?
If Valve finally starts doing something against cheating and cheaters will be banned, you do understand that you will be an “outcast”?
Streamers from different games, in order not to lose their reputation when they see a cheater, go out or kick him.
The only reason people play Mann Up is for loot. Those preaching that it's for fun and that loot shall be earned can ♥♥♥♥ right off. I've been grinding this legit for 1.3K tours and have 2 manned all missions. I have nothing left to prove. Mann Up has always been unboxing with extra steps. And part of the reason why a portion of the community is against cheater lobbies is exactly that. It unmasks the game mode for what it always was.
I was offering you a spot on your squad multiple times. But it's nice to see how you have to twist it into something more sinister since you know that people don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about cheaters in MvM anymore. Go cry kiddo ;)

Gods, cheater supporters are unable to think logically fr.
Why are you playing MvM if its boring to you? It doesn't make ANY sense :D
