i played this for the first time on ps5 last year and thought it was gay. its peak now and i love it. what changed...? i got older and more mature and now the anime guys saying ♥♥♥♥ every 2 seconds is awesome

dumbing down SMT has paid fatlus' bills for 10 years so why expect them to stop now?
at least we're not in ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ high school anymore i guess. the combat system is better than any persona game so this feels like fantasy persona which kind of just feels like smt if it was for babies and scrubs. hard mode feels easier than smtv on normal mode (which already wasn't super hard) and there's an ingame mechanic that just tells you how to win. wtf?

i love fatlus slop outside of personas newer than 3 so i eat it up thank you soooo much for this completely new experience Atlus!

also it runs amazingly on steam deck and looks amazing

It's absolutely peak. I would say that this is a good game that sometimes rises to great- there is one part of the game specifically that I think will stick with me as a masterpiece of horror gaming. This will be a better Silent Hill game than the Silent Hill 2 remake most likely. I need more games in this setting and would preorder anything made by this dev in the future.

edit: i was wrong, sh2 remake is peak. but this is great too
