I am not average but I was in Chennai about a few months back, I flew there after getting falsely interrogated and attakced by what seemed to be low grade goons (swine weak type) undercover police mad at my presence in pune. but i endured some htis to the head…..regardless I reached Chennai, after several months of no gym and these mild injuries. I strict curled about 40kg perfect form….maybe more…don’t quote me, it was atleast 40kg authentic thick long barbell……..I did it with ease…..but my biceps were sore as hell the next day and LOCKED my arm would not fully extend it was stuck in flexion…..I have a feeling I ate some bad post workout food which did not aide in the recovery of my muscle……….but yes it is possible for someone with raw power to do so

Der Anbau von Kartoffeln ist unkompliziert. Die Pflanzen gedeihen am besten auf leichten bis mittelschweren Böden ohne Staunässe. Gerne wird die Kartoffel als erste Kultur auf Flächen angebaut, die gerade erst gerodet bzw. urbar gemacht worden sind, da man durch die häufigen Hack- und Häufelarbeiten aufkommende Wildkräuter gut in Schach halten kann.
