just an awesome game, It looks great, feels great to play, a lot of fun with friends and t\he player characters and weapons are unique and actually have me switching out weapons more than I thought I would. I figured i'd find one build and stick with it but experimenting is encouraged. can't wait for more content. an endless mode would be super rad

I've played this game for about 4 hours at the time of writing, on Oct 30th 2020. I'll do a pros and Cons list and give my opinion at the end.

Pros -
Easy to learn mechanics. Tutorials come as needed and are unintrusive.
Feels great to play. I've pretty much never had something happen that I didn't do on purpose.
Graphics are great. It's pretty for a voxel game.
Mission gameplay time - the longest I've spent in a level is 30 minutes so far. However, the quicksave / quickload feature is amazing because it gives you the chance to test out ideas and revert them if they don't work out.

Cons -
Optimization. My rig has a i7-10750H and a 1650Ti and even on low quality setting i'm struggling to reach 60fps with a lot of particles, with dips into about 15 - 10 fps when a LOT is going on. (I'm looking at you, Lightning storm level.)
Driving is absolutely horrible. with faster cars, it feels like driving through wet sand. Which goes into the next con.
Everything is destroyable. Which is so much fun. however, there's been too many times where i'm driving too fast and my car implodes because I ran over a tiny amount of debris, causing me to reset and try again. I realize this is is expected given the concept, but to me it's pretty annoying.
Some weird choices on how tools work. (spoilers for items you get in game). The sledgehammer not being able to break bricks seems... weird. It's not something i'm used to. The spray paint is great, however... I really don't see the use for it. You're already memorizing where you're going to go, so the tool doesn't make sense to me. I also wish the pipe bombs weren't so bouncy, but again, just my opinion.

In future updates, I think a grappling hook would be an amazing tool and would change how I view levels completely. With the physics engine, I'm sure it's possible.

My Overall Opinion - 8/10

Game is a hell of a good time, albeit some frustrating physics engine quirks. I'll be following the development of this game very closely, and I commend Tuxedo labs for bringing a fresh concept to the market. Absolutely worth $20, even in it's current state.

Kind of a hidden gem, great game from a small developer. Let's hope they don't go down the wrong path....

Two genres of games I usually don't like: bullet hells and rougelikes.

however this game kicks so much ass I don't mind it. creative guns, great level and room design, funny voice acting, and buttery gameplay all around. No issues.

I'll keep this short.

Pros - basically everything. Graphics are good, level design is nothing like i've ever seen, etc etc.

The Con.

This game is not for the casual crowd.
You will Die.
You will Die again.
You will Die a lot. Over and Over again. I feel like this game sacrifices fun for difficulty, because about halfway through the split second actions start to increase and the checkpoints eem like they get few and far in between.

Is this a bad thing? Not very, but if you are short in patience and if you don't pay attention to every detail of the puzzel, you wil fail over and over again. Sometimes it feels like a clusterf---, when you have to juggle ammo preservation, enemy movement, lasers, timed platforms, etc. While playing this game I let out a huge sigh of relief every time I saw that green checkpoint circle

I do not recommend this game unless you want to be challenged. I do not recommend this game to the casual crowd.

Will I be happy when I finish the game? Yes, to an extent.

Am I happy that I just restarted what was possibly the final level in the game, when I was halfway done with it?

No.

No I am not.

no but in reality it feels really nice. graphics could be better but it doesn't really matter when the gameplay is really good.

it's not the worst game out there, but this Killing Floor knock-off is just that, but with less features, worse graphics, a doom-like level layout (find keys to progress and open new doors) and it's very lacking. high level monsters spawn from the very start so you're basically pouring ammo into them and then you have to rush around trying to avoid them while you find some more. It's just not fun.
