Detective Martini, this is complete nonsense.

Game has realistic and detailed visuals with interesting loadout customizations and there is plenty more to love BUT there is also the bad.
Pay to win PVP that has significant ballance issues. Decent weapons are locked behind levels of grinding meanwhile high level players make it even more difficult to progress.
Vehicle physics and controls feel very odd .. closest ive seen to this are old free to play Unity asset pack games.
Why does a game using Unreal Engine and more than 2 devs behind it have such buggy physics is anyones guess.
I enjoy some parts but the game has so much wrong with it when it comes to gameplay I don think its worth it.

I'm just blown away with how well this works ... no doubt there is some getting used to, but it does well in many aspects ... If you are no longer getting sick in VR this is a banger

(minor issue when climbing its bit too snappy ... perhaps smoother transition after grabbing the next step would be bueno)
other than that .. game mechanics are neat

Did I mention there are skins? oh yea ...

One of those "comedy gold" games ...

Season 4 update
Yeah ... I feel like Dice got their ducks in order now ... everithing feels better now.
New maps ballance everithing ... too bad the reputation has already been harmed.

I'd say game is worth it for the right price ... right now I feel like 40 bucks or less is good deal.

-OLD REVIEW-
I have mixed feelings about this one ... there are no doubt some good things like plus system allowing you to change attachments on go or Portal giving ability to create some insane gamemodes. But sadly there is also the bad. No single-player campaign to me just means half of the game is not there. Of corse its the half you play less compared to multiplayer, but its the narrative and story behind the game that aids multiplayer in both theme and feel. I was dissapointed about the fact that I learned more about the story from trailers than after playing 30 hours and man does it make the game feel hollow. Regarding the new specialist system ... IDK its something new, perhaps not what people asked for but I don't mind. I guess there is still hope for DICE fixing the bugs (there is a LOT of them to fix along with the game ballance, since the approach to development for this game might be through continous updates and releases. As of now ... content you get is worth barely half the asking price.

Updates:

After 100+ hours ... lacking gun pool becomes really apparent only progress left beyond level 60 being the specialists u don't really play and some skins. Breakthrough mode is fun but many maps are impossible to win as attacker.
My take? buy it if its on sale or if they release more stuff ... hard to recommend ... but you might havine fun sometimes.

200+ hours ... after last update game started to frequently crash making it unplayable.

600+ hours ... I keep giving the game chances but put side by side next to game like Battlefield 4 I don't think any amount of overhaul can fix the core issues the whole game is made around. Its obvious entire vision behind how the game is meant to work just isn't fun. There are couple interesting mechanics ... but they are fun on expense of ruining game for everyone else by being unballanced. I cant say there wasn't attempt to fix the game but I also can't say it was successfull.

It wouldn't be the first I've been served lies tho ... but part of me wants the good battlefield to come out from this.
