I decided to give Oral B a go as it has a rotating brush head so is quite different to what I was used to. And I have to say, I am a fan of the rotating brush. It gives a really good thorough clean with less manual work as you don't need to physically scrub with a back and forth motion.
The brush heads fade down to reach a yellow colour with each use indicating when it's time to change them. Again, this is really helpful. I also like the finish on the toothbrush. It is not rubber (which I do not like), it is a smooth pastel pink plastic with a rubber button so isn't ugly to have displayed on charge. I do prefer the appearance of the sonicare range, but it's not bad.
