It seems you need SAM (Steam Achievement Manager) to unlock the only achievement of the game.
It's like a running-gag of the Developer that you have to use a third party cheat engine in order to get it.
Same thing in all of the games by this Dev. Allegedly.

I asked on the forums how to unlock the only achievement of the game. The Dev deleted my thread right away.
