I build computers for a living, not once was it possible to drop the screw in a hard to reach location. Unrealistic.

I completed this single player, without 100%

I will say this, play it with friends if you can.

If not, if feels like a chore. The ending (even the good ending) is not satisfying, it took me 2 minutes to finish the last mission and it's not even a good fight, its drive somewhere and watch a cut scene.

Artificial difficulty, seems to be a thing. Especially with specific missions, my helicopter set on fire a number of times when i was undetected and happened to be escorting the VIP to it.

Fun with friends - I played it years ago with a friend without completing it, a chore alone.

Repetitive, you die, replay the level. Sometimes you die 3 times in a row because it revives you in the middle of a bosses combo

EDIT: I am playing through it and have just defeated the artist, I may update this review soon. I may have been too quick to judge, I am not sure yet.

Unlike Dark souls, this game makes bosses feel unfair rather than a skill issue.

Haven't finished it yet so this could change, but if not presume the below is still accurate:

Here with shattered space DLC we have a fine example that yes, bad writing can make a bad game.

The Dialog seems to feel AI like, feeling lifeless and devoid of all emotion. The story is not compelling, some of it makes downright none sense, and further story is hidden in random slates you can find to read.

I was looking forward to this DLC, I thought they would take all criticism from the main game and take that to heart, but this is Bethesda so we know that wont happen.

Not worth the £25 - especially since I've heard how long the DLC lasts.

But seems worth it so far if you enjoyed the base game, and wanted a little extra - Just wait for it to be on sale.

I remember playing this on my crappy laptop, came back to have a look and get back into it and realised I missed my chance :(

Feels like a chore to play, it was over hyped amazingly.

What can I say about this game other than this is my personal GOTY, the campaign is of such high quality it is insane how much detail they have put into this art. It really makes you feel immersed, it makes you feel brotherhood, it makes you feel the strafes of battle.

(EDIT: Only complaint is it keeps starting the PVE modes and joining ones in progress, rather than letting me host to experience the full mission like bruh) This is a massive issue for me, I don't want to join someone else's game, I want to play from the beginning of the mission, but once you start matchmaking you can't cancel it. This is a MASSIVE FLAW

Yes, Private lobbies are coming, I don't want a private lobby, I don't mind playing with people. But I would like to play from the start rather than the end of a mission. This is such a flaw that I'm tempted to neg review of this alone.

I don't want to join a match, thats in progress in a story based game. If I hit quick match I would understand.

Steams reviews is very one sided, its all YES YES or NO NO you can't give it a soild meh. Now the above review still stands, its a great game. But I ran out of stuff to do around 15hrs in if not less. The campaign is 8hrs or less.

PVP is the same maps recycled. Yes its a great game, yes there is more content on the way, but it should have not been released with the lack of content that is currently in the game.

PVE is like 6? Missions then replay to grind for exp, PVP has like 3 maps, and then you've seen it all. The matchmaking tends to be a tad lacking.
