Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Lightly grease a frying pan with canola oil and heat over medium heat.
Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and tilt the pan immediately so that the batter will spread over the entire bottom of the pan.
Flip the pancake when it starts to bubble and fry until golden .
Drizzle honey over pancakes or add sliced strawberries to taste
