Pros:
- You can earn bonuses from fishing by selling them to the Hunter's Call emissary. A good option for people that enjoy fishing such as myself.
- A game worth buying if it is on Steam sales. What I would like is a decrease in price in Sea of Thieves.
- I encounter some friendly people and normal human beings (Grown adults, teenagers) and in Open crew especially in Sloop category.
- It is a fun game to play with friends. Finding friends is a bit..difficult but you can search people to play with on Sea of Thieves discord community server.
- The tutorial is good and straightforward that many people should play and learn before diving in High Seas. And also..you can earn some extra gold for your journey ahead.

Cons:
- I would not recommend playing Solo on a Galleon or Brigantine. The darker side of the community can be toxic. I had an experience where I was locked in the brig and insulted, which didn’t bother me personally, but it’s disheartening to see grown adults behaving this way. Instead of offering advice to new players or helping them grind for gold to buy their own ships, they choose to be hostile. It’s a shame, as it takes away from the fun and cooperative spirit the game should offer.
- What I would advise is that company related treasures to be sell to the represented company. I have done that mistakes a few times and I want to make sure others don't do the same. Also make sure to lower the emissary grade flag when you reach level 5 for the extra gold bonus ensuring you do not become a target for the Reapers's Bones even though you might.
- The game has a TON of bugs!
