Kerbal Space Program is one of my favorite games this past two weeks, let me tell you why.

KSP is genuinely my favorite game when it comes down to creativity. Even when you don't have the two DLC's or any mods it's still a heck of a lot of fun, there's enough parts to create gigantic rockets, massive payloads, just a bunch of cool stuff. Creativity is the main thing that keeps you running in this game.

Now, down to the three game modes this game has.

Sandbox is well, your usual sandbox experience, have fun creating whatever you want in this virtual play place, the only thing that's limiting you is the height of the building of which you're building something in, and the camera.

Science mode is only researching science, no budget whatsoever. It's somewhat challenging, it forces you to land everywhere, research everywhere. If you can reach it, you can research it.

Career mode is my favorite game mode so far. It forces you to think outside of the box with such a limited budget. You have to use some unconventional methods like strapping a escape pod to a solid rocket booster with only Gorilla Glue to make it into space. You can also grab some missions that you can finish, some of which give you money, reputation, science, etc..

The DLC's

This game has two DLC's, that being the Breaking Ground DLC and Making History DLC. I believe that I have enough playtime put into both of these to come to a conclusion

The Making History DLC is.. nice to say the least, it makes a somewhat large impact on all game modes, in some cases it's actually better to use Soviet engines and their funky spherical pods. Unfortunately I haven't used the Saturn V parts all that much, especially the L.E.M and it's engines.

The Breaking Ground DLC overall brings more content to the game, that being robotic parts & propellers, this means players are able to create funky helicopters, somewhat reuseable rockets and stuff like that, along with this the DLC adds multiple deployable science things, terrain detail (rocks n' stuff) that can be scanned with a robotic arm and all that jazz. It makes rovers much more fun and more worth to land on planets due to the science you gain.
