It is just good, all I can say. Perfect as it can be.

The game is one of the best in the series, from newcomers to veterans, please buy this game, it is worth ALL the money if it was $100 I would still buy it. It is addicting and it really connected the fan base as a whole. Thank you FromSoft.

Edit: beat the game and even beat malenia, after frustrating hours it led me to start ng+ and having more fun than ever. I want DLC for this game we all do.

This game is great, a lot of people don't like it for the story, but the combat, visuals, and the hard bosses make up for an amazing game that will always live on through fromsoft. I finally finished playing and got better as the game progressed and I would have to say this is my second favorite game in the dark souls series with the first being my favorite due to its classic souls style gameplay and the level design. The music and soundtrack in this game is one of the best and its very memorable. I highly recommend this game and definetely get this game once there's a sale for it.

I was stuck doing the card swipe task and then a second later I am dead. During the meeting they voted off an innocent crewmate and the imposters won, very fun game.

9.5/10 This game should've been a patch to the original but I got the game for only $20 from a friend and I am not dissapointed. This game has great visuals and the classic boss fights that started the series. Since I never played Prepare To Die edition, I chose this over the original since you know this natively supports 60FPS which you had to get DSFix on the original. I didn't want to get the hassle by downloading that so I instead got this and I've been pleased about this remaster. I look forward in playing more souls games and more fromsoft games as so far this has been a masterpiece of a game in my opinion even though it has a bunch of negative reviews because people are complaining that this game is more of a $40 patch than an actual game. If you never played dark souls and you would like to get started, I highly recommend playing this version of the game since it's actually polished and it has an alive community still if you would like to invade people or coop with others.

I mean this game is alright.
