Shisui has some of the best jutsu's for attack in the game. The Uchiha Style Shuriken is a bit of a learning curve, but if learned can be very useful and a definite S-Tier Jutsu, His substitution is also very good given that it grants a speed buff on usage, also has a low 25 second cooldown.

thoroughly enjoyed this game, had to sell the mortgage on the house and put 2 of my kids up for adoption so i could buy in game currency for this weapon, phenomenal experiece. - garbungus
