Listen up folks.
A friend of mine way back in 2011 told me about this game called "Terraria." He got me hooked. This was back when a scarier skeletron was the final boss. I fell in love with the game. I played it practically all the time, and it really did prove itself.
A few years pass, and I don't really play it all that often. it just sits in my library, collecting dust.
The great times I had were forgotten. The memories I made had vanished.
Then, I stumbled upon a little mod known as The Story of Red Cloud.
It blew my mind.
This mod showed me that the base terraria game wasn't all that there had to be. The story in that mod is one of my favorite stories in any game ever.
Fast forward to now, and I can definitively say that terraria is one of my favorite games to ever grace my screen. The gameplay is magestic, the music is beautiful, the graphics are so thematically perfect that, despite the base being similar, switching between a Light-graced Hallow to an Underworld hellscape is shocking.

I cannot recommend this game enough. It is a masterpiece. An era-defining work.
But do you know what the best part is?
After 8 years of existing, do you know how many DLCs there have been?
0.
Microtransactions? 0.
Loot Boxes? 0.
Unethical actions? 0.
Every single update that could have quickly been boxed up and had a price put on it was released free to the masses.
You cannot find a more ethical developer.
Please, for the love of all that is good, buy this game. It's literally only 10 bucks, and you get content to last for years.
