It's basically an SCP monster micro managing Sim with anime aesthetics. It starts off really simple but very slowly ramps up the difficulty. Funnily enough the first playthrough is going to be the hardest no matter what since you unlock info on Abnormalities permamently as well as items and mission unlocks. The game lacks a bit of polish in some areas but you can tell with all the art assets and animations that a lot of genuine love and care went into this. I highly recommend.
